Your weekend starts here.

This is what we have ready for you, built so the only thing you have to worry about is running. The perks you see here are yours for being registered: rooms blocked in hotels by the venue, with breakfast open from six on race days and a late checkout the day you compete, and the heart check inside the same price. One booking, one payment, and nothing left to sort out on Friday night.

  • Hotel by the venue
  • Cardisio heart check

Limited block

The earlier you book, the less you pay

We block 50 rooms for the weekend and release them in tiers. The price never goes down: when a tier sells out, the next one opens and it goes up.

Frequently asked

What people ask before booking

If yours is missing, write to hola@owqlopulse.com and we will add it.

  • What is Pulse?

We solve your race weekend. We negotiate rooms in hotels by the venue, put the heart check and the weekend services inside them, and sell it as one booking with one payment. We do not organise the race and have nothing to do with the brand that does.

  • Do you sell the race bib?

No. The bib is always bought on the official race site, and we link to it from every race header. We start exactly where registration ends: once you have a place and it is time to work out where you sleep.

  • What do I get here that a hotel search engine will not give me?

A search engine gives you a bed. We give you the bed with breakfast open from 06:00 on race days, a late checkout on the day you compete, and the rest of the weekend inside the same price. The room block is ours, too: in town, on race weekend, the hotels sell out.

  • What does the pack carry besides the room?

Hotel-to-venue shuttle on race days, recovery physiotherapy, a nutrition box worked out for your distance, injury cancellation cover and the Cardisio heart check. It is all inside the price you see; nothing gets added at the end.

  • What is the Cardisio heart check?

A cardisiography done at the venue itself: four minutes with electrodes, like an ECG, and a 19-lead report with 3D vector analysis. It is the check-up you have been putting off for two years, done the day you were going to be there anyway. It does not replace your doctor and is not a fitness certificate.

  • Why does the price go up as rooms get booked?

Because the block is limited and we release it in tiers: the first ones carry a discount and the last ones go at full price. It is the real split of the block we negotiated with the hotel, not a shop-window countdown. The price never goes down: when a tier sells out, the next one opens.

  • How many nights can I book?

One, two or three. You pick them on the room page, and each option shows its total and its per-night average, so you can see that staying longer works out cheaper.

  • How many of us fit in the room?

It depends on the room type, and each page says so in its facts grid next to the size and the beds. If there are three or four of you the per-head price drops a fair bit: the room is paid whole, not per person.

  • Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. And if what goes wrong is an injury, injury cancellation cover is included in the pack.

  • Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?

Us, not the hotel: the booking is ours and we handle it end to end. Write to hola@owqlopulse.com and a person answers, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.

About the race
