Priority Pass: collect your bib and race without queues
The Pulse Priority Pass lets you pick up your bib without queuing, at a reserved slot or at your hotel, and gives you priority lines for recovery and food. People and spaces set aside for you, from the moment you arrive until you cross the finish line.

Where does race day time really go?
The minutes that hurt most are not on the clock but around it: the bib pickup queue, the bag check queue, the food queue once you have finished. At a big event, with waves starting one after another, those waits add up.
Spartan recommends arriving 90 minutes before your start for exactly that reason. The fewer queues you stand in, the more of that time is left for a calm warm-up.
How to collect your bib without queuing
With Priority Pass you get priority access to the pickup point, with a reserved time slot. We tell you the exact time and place through your personal area, so there is no guessing when it will be quiet.
In the hotel version your bib waits for you at your hotel: show your ID and you get the envelope with your bib and your Club Pulse accreditation.

Priority after the finish and between races
Once you are at the event, show your accreditation for the priority line in the recovery area and the food area, between races too. If you are racing more than once in a weekend, every minute you are not standing in line counts.
- Bring a towel and flip-flops for the recovery area.
- Pack dry clothes: a Spartan usually leaves you wet and muddy.
- Keep your accreditation within reach, not at the bottom of your backpack.

Priority Pass FAQ
How do I know when to pick up my bib?
We tell you the exact time and place through your Pulse personal area, with a reserved slot at the pickup point. You turn up at that time and collect your bib with priority access instead of guessing when the queue will be short.
Can I collect my bib at the hotel?
Yes, with the hotel version of the Priority Pass. Your bib waits for you at your hotel: show your ID and you get the envelope with your bib and your Club Pulse accreditation, with no trip to the pickup point at all.
Does it work between races?
Yes. Showing your accreditation gets you the priority line in the recovery area and the food area between races too. If you are racing more than once in a weekend, such as a Trifecta, every minute you do not spend queuing goes into rest.
What should I bring?
A towel and flip-flops for the recovery area, dry clothes for after the finish, and whatever your race asks for, such as your ID. Keep your accreditation within reach, not at the bottom of your backpack, so you can show it at each priority line.
Does my companion get Priority Pass too?
With the Total pack for two, your companion gets Priority Pass for recovery and food too, so you can both skip the lines in the recovery and food areas after the finish. [Confirm conditions per race.]
